This Privacy Policy explains how Image Services ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal information of its customers when we provide sales, installation, service and maintenance of water purifiers (RO) and related appliances.
1. Information we collect
We collect the details needed to serve you: your name, phone number, address and service location; details of your units (such as model and installation date); your service, repair and AMC history; and payment records (amount, mode and date). We do not collect or store your bank account, card or UPI PIN details — payments by UPI or bank transfer happen directly between you and your bank or payment app.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to: attend and complete your service bookings; remind you about due services and AMC renewals; prepare bills, invoices and receipts; provide warranty and after-sales support; and improve our service. We keep your service history so that our technicians know the past work done on your unit.
3. WhatsApp, calls and messages
We communicate with you by phone and WhatsApp for bookings, visit updates, service reminders and receipts. If you do not want promotional messages from us, tell us on a call or WhatsApp and we will stop them. Messages needed to complete a booked service will still be sent.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Your details are shared only with our own staff and technicians who need them for your job, and with government or legal authorities when the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Your records are stored in our computerised customer management system. Access is limited to authorised staff through individual logins, and we take reasonable care to protect the data against unauthorised access. We keep customer records for as long as you remain our customer, and for the period required for accounting and tax records.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, to correct any wrong detail, or to delete your information — except records we must keep for invoices, tax or other legal reasons. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
