Northwest Territories PNP 2026 — NTNP
The Northwest Territories nominee program is employer driven from end to end, and it receives very few applications. If you can find an NWT employer, the queue in front of you is short in a way it simply is not anywhere else in Canada.
The Employer Driven stream splits into skilled worker and critical impact worker routes, the second of which reaches into TEER 4 and 5 occupations that most provinces will not touch.
Cost of living and isolation are real considerations and the territory expects you to have thought about them. Employers there are used to people leaving after a year, so demonstrating that you intend to stay carries weight.

Employer Driven — Skilled Worker
Express Entry linked · nomination adds 600 CRS
An NWT employer offer. Very few applications, so very little competition.
What it asks for
- A full-time offer from an approved NWT employer
- CLB 4 or above
- TEER 0–3 for the skilled route; critical impact route covers TEER 4–5
These are the conditions we are able to summarise. What decides your actual outcome is the
province's own points grid, its current in-demand occupation list, and whether intake is even
open this week — none of which we can verify for you.
